Praise the Lord for His continued goodness. We are so thankful for your prayers. Ingrid and I are doing well here in Brazil. We continue to make progress with the language.

Things are going well at the church in Formiga. I’ve started teaching Sunday School for the men. Ingrid has been teaching Sunday School for the children. Seven people were baptized in the month of May. We praise the Lord for their step of obedience.

We hosted a group from Capital City Baptist Church (Austin, Texas) during the end of June. It was a tremendous blessing to have them here. They were able to pass out many tracts while they were here. We were able to show them some of the different works that the Lord has raised up here in Brazil. We are always excited to host groups.

We have rented a building in the neighboring city of Córrego Fundo and have started holding services there. Bro. Bob Nichols Sr. started a Bible study there and we felt like it was time to start a work in that city. The city is about twenty minutes away. The group from Capital City was able to be at our inaugural service in Córrego Fundo. There are around six thousand people in the city. Bruno, a young man from the church in Formiga, is heading up the work. Please pray that God would use him in this work. Bruno studied to be a lawyer, but he has chosen to preach the Gospel instead. We praise the Lord for his decision. We also praise the Lord for how He used the Nichols to minister to and train Bruno. He is the fruit of their labor.

- That God would raise up young men to preach the Gospel
- That God would use Bruno and protect him
- That souls would be saved
